Laura Linney
Laura Linney, born February 5, 1964, in New York in the U.S.A. was an American actress who is known for her portrayal of tough, yet vulnerable character. Linney has a theater heritage, her father is the playwright Romulus Linney. She graduated in 1986 from Brown University. She then pursued a degree in Theatre at the Arts Theatre School Moscow before finishing her studies at Juilliard School with a M.F.A. at New York City in 1990. Her first appearance was in the city on Broadway, earning accolades for her performances in roles like Six Degrees of Separation or Hedda Galer.
